Even people who perform well under pressure can feel its cumulative cost. I work with first responders, law enforcement professionals, emergency dispatchers, correctional personnel, and emergency clinicians.

Your work may be part of the conversation. Your life beyond the role also belongs in care. Assessment looks at your symptoms, occupational demands, sleep, relationships, strengths, and treatment goals while considering the context of each concern.

Treatment with intention

Services include psychiatric assessment, medication management, and EMDR when appropriate. Employer fitness-for-duty evaluation is a separate service requiring a different clinical and administrative process. Confidentiality has legal limits, which are explained at the start of care.
