Getting connected
New patient accounts are connected to uno psych through the practice’s registration process. Follow the invitation instructions provided by the practice.
Once connected, use “Go to patient portal” in the navigation to access assigned forms, available records, and secure messages. If you have more than one practice or family profile in Charm, select the appropriate practice/profile after signing in.
What belongs in the portal
Please use secure messaging for clinical questions, medication information, and records. Portal messages are reviewed during practice availability. Ask the practice about expected response times.
For immediate danger, call 911. For immediate emotional support, call or text 988. Veterans may call 988, then select 1.
