Privacy + communication
Keep care within
the patient workflow.
Website information and clinical communication have different purposes.
Using the website.
This website provides practice and service information. It contains ordinary links to CharmHealth scheduling and the patient portal. A scheduling frame connects to CharmHealth only after you choose to load it. Scheduling links and the frame share this website’s domain with CharmHealth so its calendar can verify the hosting website. Page paths and search terms are excluded from that referrer. The interactive map connects to Google only after you choose to load it. Directions links also open Google Maps when selected. Google processes those requests under its own privacy terms.
Fonts and photographs are hosted with the site. This website adds zero advertising pixels, session-recording scripts, or patient-disclosure forms. Hosting services may process technical information such as request logs and IP addresses under their own terms.
Your device preferences.
The site may store your choice to reduce motion and a short-lived indication that the opening animation has played. These preferences stay in your browser. You can clear them through your browser settings.
Clinical communications.
Send symptoms, medication information, records, and treatment questions through CharmHealth. Arrival texts should contain only the information needed for building entry. Clinical information and payments stay within the practice’s patient workflow.
The practice’s clinical Notice of Privacy Practices explains permitted uses and disclosures, privacy rights, and complaints. A copy is available through the practice. Website privacy information is separate from that clinical notice.
Privacy rights and questions.
Ask the practice about access, correction, confidential communication, or concerns about information handling. Mental-health records, adolescent-consented services, and certain substance-use records can have added protection under applicable law.
Call 360-790-5017 for assistance reaching the practice’s privacy contact. Sensitive details belong in the portal.
